The footpath leading to the school

Hello can someone look at this footpath because it’s full of rubbish and overgrown trees so it’s impossible to walk through pretty much with a child and I have to cross this two times a day the footpath starts on(Sayers way road) and finish on ( Shermanbury Close) and I have seen many other people struggling to walk through also is very bad lights specially in the winter when I have to pick my child from school and it’s dark outside
