The land at the rear of 198 Park Crescent and adjacent to 91 Lesney Park has been sold to a private individual who has failed to secure the area and consequently fly tippers are taking advantage of the situation. Planning permission has been denied on two occasions so I can only surmise they have lost interest as they have also failed to repair the 2mtr boundary fence.
