Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6283992.

I found that the Flat 27, 2/F, Fairway Drive, London, SE28 8QT violate the crowd flat policy. The flat has 2 bedrooms but there are a couple with one girl over 11 years old and one boy over 10 years old. It has four or more residents in this flat.
