Traffic bollard/post still missing

We are waiting still for the traffic restricting bollards to be replaced. The initial removal was to ease traffic due to other road works on the North End Road - this has now ended and as residents we are still suffering the annoyance of large, over weight and heavy vehicles travelling through the area day and night causing no end of traffic, noise, pollution and damage. This has gone on long enough and needs to be remedied by the replacement of these bollards.
