Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6247250.

There are now two horses which are being taken out onto public roads but kept in the encampment. There is video evidence. The rubbish is mounting and they are parking vehicles in the road, some with the license plates hidden. Please can you move them on.
