Plastic boxes / baskets and a large amount of clothing look to have been discarded at the top end of Laurel Close. This is a spot repeatedly used by tippers to leave rubbish of all kinds. The alleyway is in constant use by children and parents on the school run, but the items don't appear to be dangerous at all.
