Extremely over grown hedges

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6215510.

This is the second time I’ve logged this now. The bushes at the side of my house are huge, they are pushing onto my garden fence, obstructing my cctv and blocking the exit from my garden. Can someone please cut them back,
