We have a situation of some individuals throwing huge piles of rubbish along Frank Park road. This rubbish is causing a serious harm to residents and has led to an increase incident of rats and very bad smell into our properties.

Apart from clearing out this rubbish, a trap need to be set for the perpetrators of this indecent acts
