Extremely poor road surface

The whole street road is dangerously damaged, I had a car jack slip twice due to the quality of the road, as the tar is so damaged it’s just tuned to small rocks the car jack slips like it has marbles under it. I ride my bike down the hill and due to the road quality it’s dangerous for me to use the brakes as I might dismount or slip and it’s happened many times to many people. Even motor bike drivers it’s been an issue ever since I’ve lived here. And it needs to be fixed. What do I pay road tax for……
