MISSING MANHOLE COVER ON THE ROAD O/S No10 ON

Resident reporting missing manhole cover o/s his drive on the road - Thames Water have said it's not them whilst on the phone a sub contractor arrived to make it safe & going place a cone over the top. Please could someone look into this asap as it is a large hole and resident has difficulty getting his vehicle off the drive
