Road Surface is poor

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6207049.

Road surface is lifting in various places over a 30 yard stretch creating holes in road surface. Needs resurfacing. Holes and road surface type also starting to appear further along the road approaching roundabout into bexley. Needs resolving rather than leaving, surface has been like it for months now
