Crashed truck obstructing the pavement

A truck has crashed into the hedge and is now obstructing the pavement. While able bodied pedestrians can squeeze past, it is impossible for anyone in a wheelchair, mobility scooter or pushing a pushchair to get through.

This crash took place over two weeks ago and the pavement has been obstructed ever since.
