Double yellow lines faded and hidden

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6154367.

The Double Yellow lines from the right of Sidcup Youth Centre DA 15 9BZ towards Welbeck Avenue are completely faded and covered over with foliage. You can just about see part of one yellow line. People are parking on this corner stopping refuse trucks and coaches getting past knowing any ticket will be rescinded as the lines are 90% covered. Commuters and Gym users.
