  I think this is ridiculous. I see this 'crew' second time 'dealing' with the problem. On first instance they did a bad job and wasted their trip. They risk public safety as they put their red fence around lamp post for pictures, then took id away when got up to screw the piece that supposed to cover the light. Now, when I reported that the job is NOT finished - I see them comming again, parking near-by setting up small red fence around lamppost taking picture and going away. Doing NOTHING to correct their failure. I do not think that this is the service that I am paying in council tax and Council is paying to this company. To me it is just stealing. The job is not done. Their car was parked as in the that I took, when realized that they are not going to fix anything. I believe this requires serious disciplinary actions.
