Unlevel mound left after removal of tree 1 year ago

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6138017.

A tree was removed one year ago, they left a large peice of une wn ground, it needs levelling out and reseeded. The grass cutter cuts around it as he can't go Iver the top of it as it'll break his mower.
