Suspected unregistered HMO

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 6113729.

3 young males with MH issues have been moved in to no 50 Collindale Avenue. No community engagements has taken place and when the person running the accommodation was approached she refused to answer any questions and contradicted previous comments made by the manager of the establishment. She refused to accept it was a HMO, refused to say who she was working for, stated it was known to Bexley, which has been denied previously by Bexley council. Refused to give landlords details.

  • Problems ongoing since 25/06/24 initially. Still no engagement from care providers and incidents of anti social behaviour. Reported to Bexley council already.
