TREE ON PAVEMENT O/S No 52 ROOTS ARE RAISING THE PAVEMENT

Resident reporting that the tree outside No 52 the roots are significantly raising the pavement and as resident is a wheelchair user it is dangerous to use the pavement as it is raised very high please could someone look into this issue urgently as pedestrians are at a risk of falling over & hurting themselves
