I am disabled and have to usu a mobiliy scooter and crossing the road onto this pavement means my scote is at angle whre possibly would tip over

The way the pavement has been played is at an angle and where it is broken means when crossing the road to this part of the pavement makes my mobility scooter tilt at an angle which is unsteady. This is the only point at which I can cross the road.
