Bush blocking pavement

The overgrowing bush coming from KFC is obstructing the pavement. There should be plenty of room for pedestrians to walk down here but there is only room for one person at a time. I have previously raised this with the council and, while I understand it is on KFC's land, nothing has been done. The bush will soon engulf the entire pavement. Please can it be cut back.

    • Carrying out enforcement noticing/investigations that are restricted by set timescales
    • Monitor for misuse or gather evidence
    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
    • Requires reinspection after other internal/external involvement
