38 Plaxtol Road is selling cars but is not stupid enough to put signs in them. He is creating parking problems for residents and visitors. He is an obnoxious threatening man who no o s can approach for fear of retribution. We are pay our council taxes and having to put up with this. When you have contacted him he has lied and said cars on private land! They are on Plaxtol Road! Should he even be selling from his home?

  • He also uses parking cones illegally to reserve spaces when he moves a car from outside his own house. We do t have the luxury of parking outside my house.
