Tree roots causing a trip hazard

The tree roots are pushing up the pathway and causing a trip hazards. The tenant of the property has told me that they asked L&Q to remove the tree a few years ago and have reported again lately, but nothing has happen and it is getting dangerous.

    As reported in April the path way is very uneven due to the tree roots pushing it up. It is becoming a serious trip hazard and is likely to cause injury very soon.
