Uneven Pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5892234.

I would like to report uneven pavement outside my property, which has lead to my mother in law falling over, and breaking her arm and elbow, which has involved surgery and as a result she is now out of work. He face was also bleeding as a result.

I also would like to add my 3 year old son has tripped over twice in the last 3 days, and has winded himself, this is severely dangerous and i would like to esculate the matter
