Broken and sinking paving slabs on pavement.
Reported via desktop in the Damaged pavement category anonymously at 11:24, Thu 18 April 2024
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5869570.
Hi Outside our house on the pavement there are several cracked/broken pavement slabs and seem to be sinking/dropped. It has been in this state for at least 9 months or longer. Next to our water meter cover there seems to be a hole where the pavement has broken and has dropped. Not sure if it is dangerous to the public while walking on the pavement. But could be. A bit concerned that it could get worse driving on and off our driveway.
Please can you sort it out. Many thanks

Hi Mrs Smith here. Just to say that a member of the contractors did come a couple of weeks ago and drew green lines with paint marking out what needs to be done. I have not seen anyone from the contractors team back to fix the problem . Can you tell me when this will be sorted as this complaint was reported back in April 2024 a long time ago. Many thanks Mrs Smith

Hi I am getting very confused and frustrated at my reporting the above . I have had several emails which all state different things such as Investigating action scheduled In progress Open and now were back to investigating. what are we investigating????? And still the problem has not been resolved or fixed. Why is this taken 8 months from when I first reported the problem in April and now we are in November. Can you give me an exact time/date when this will be fixed. It has been marked out in green paint from your contractors !!!! Kind regards Mrs Smith
