White Road Name Plate is Obscured

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5825353.

On Long Lane at the junction with Erith Road in Bexleyheath: There is a black substance which is currently obscuring the white road name plate for Long Lane. Please remove it so that the sign is visible to drivers.
