Illegal HMO operating at 50 Mount Culver Avenue, DA14 5JW

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5792634.

Iur neighbour is illegally renting to three separate tenants without a HMO licence (they have openly told us this is what they are doing and we have checked the HMO register to confirm the address is not on it). Tenants have caused noise nuisance in the early morning on several occasions.
