Asphalt lift due to tree roots

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5721157.

I have reported this problem for over 28 months. Still nothing done to the asphalt lifting because of tree roots on Berkeley Ave at no. 11 and 12. Have to cross the road as have to take grandson to school in wheelchair. I tripped when moving the bins this week and twisted ankle.
