Huge areas of sunken road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5665487.

There's various potholes and sunken parts of this road, some pots holes have been "fixed" but they're reappearing and getting worse. This stretch of road has had various problems for over a year and it's getting worse, please fix it so it stays fixed rather than damaging my car, unavoidable if another car is coming down the hill.
