Road name sign confusing

It has happened numerous occasions with post, parcels and deliveries. The road. Same for Horley close next to Horsham road which makes deliveries and post etc believe that 1 Horsham road is where the road sign is but it’s 1 Horley close. The first picture shows them together which is in fact Horley close but people see Horsham and deliver there and the second picture shows actually Horsham road which as deliveries come up from pet worth road they automatically assume 1 Horsham road is in front of them when it’s to the left of them. This is causing way too much confusion and misses parcels and post too many times. Please could you amend this so from 1 Horley close can be clearly identified and make 1 Horsham road clearly identified Thank you
