Very wide uneven gaps between slabs

The paving slabs seem to have moved over the years and now there's big gaps. My son's micro scooter front wheel has got caught in them twice now causing injury and distress on the way to nursery. The whole pavement (in the whole area) is broken and uneven but this particular spot has got him twice now. Would be great if the hole could be packed out so it wasn't such big drop.
