Updates

  • The Council has received your reported fault and will send you a further message when investigations are to be carried out.

    State changed to: Investigating

Posted by London Borough of Bexley at 20:17, Sunday 18 February 2024

  • The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 6 weeks.

The column has been cut down so there is no risk of it falling over. Some more barriers will be put round it. A new column will be installed shortly but it will then take UKPN (the electric supplier) up to 6 weeks to connect it back up again.

Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 6 weeks.
