Car, trailer and rubbish blocking alleyway / possible public driveway - no access for emergency vehicles

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5539532.

Rubbish has been there for a significant while. the car and trailer are now blocking access for other residents. car and trailer are also parked next to the school pedestrian access.
