Paper recycling bin not been empited

Reported via mobile in the Street cleaning and litter category anonymously at 11:38, Tuesday 30 January 2024

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5509850.

The 3 recycling bins are never emptied. The paper one has been full since the summer and people are dumping their waste rather than taking it elsewhere. Can get any more into the paper bin. Please empty as rats are making it their homes.

  • Still not emptied. Now last residents are leaving it all over the pavement causing obstructions and hazards. Probably has a family of mice/rats living in the ideal conditions by now!
