Fly-tipped rubbish by yellow bin including child's car seat

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5435700.

Lots of black bin bags with rubbish in placed by the yellow bin. Child's car seat also nearby. Unsanitary and therefore a risk to the public. This is a recurring problem.
