Accumulating rubbish getting worse over a few months. Now strewn across footpath at junction of Leechcroft avenue. Includes rotten food waste and possibly nappies. Slip and trip risk or risk of injury to cyclists who use path (even though not a cycle route). Risk of rats and mice.
