The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 4 weeks.
Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.

This problem has not been fixed. This issue has been raised 3 times over a period of months, nobody gets in touch or provides an update report, it’s just closed as fixed. This week I even phoned the council office to speak to someone, and was just advised they have been awaiting a part? I asked why it has been closed down as fixed again, when it’s not. They couldn’t answer.
