Poor pavement, no light have fallen

This Street light has been out for last 6 weeks ... the pavement is so bad with cracked slabs which are uneven - of an evening difficult to navigate and have tripped several times as too dark. several older people live on the road, and while may not venture out of an evening its still unsafe for them

The Council is now investigating the issue reported and will be arranging for suitable action to take place if maintainable by Bexley. If this matter is not maintained by Bexley we will seek to identify the owner and update you accordingly.

The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 4 weeks.
Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.
