Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5302103.

It’s been like this for the last six months that I have been walking my dogs. I’m recovering from a triple broken ankle and very concerned about the hazard it could cause me or anyone else. Paving slab is not broken but is raised down the long side by 2-3 cm. It is a dangerous trip hazard and needs tamping down to make it even and remove the risk it currently is.
