Metal/traffic bollard missing

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5295544.

The bollard was there to prevent vehicles going through except emergency vehicles, but this was removed yesterday, and cars are now going through causing problems, this needs to be replaced asap
