Dogs mess all over field off of Hurstwood Road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5291208.

The field that is off of Hurstwood Avenue that runs adjacent to the Northend Road is covered in dogs' mess as residents are not picking it up. The dog bins are not full so there is no excuse but please can it be cleared.
