Abandoned van

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5269886.

The van belongs to a home owner in Lingey Close, it is dumped as it has broken down. It has not moved for years to avoid any parking tickets the number plates have been removed! It is parked badly and makes it hard to use the turning area and also makes it difficult for the dustman.
