Lack of bins

Hello where are the bins in Pickford lane Pickford close? Pickford close looks a mess! The bin has disappeared so fill leaving litter in the hole where the bin was? Also there was an extra bin in Pickford lane but disappeared? The roads need a good sweep as do the pavements, cigarette butts everywhere. Also why is the b15 sign still sitting on the lamppost near pickets butchers? Do you not take down?? The b15 is turning into Dolcis so confused why it’s saying diversion!!
