Disgusting rubbish never collected when street cleaning is done

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5258455.

Why do the street cleaners never clean around and at back of green cable boxes and I have to continually report this?? On corner of Heath road Crayford and junction with Crayford rd I’ve repeatedly reported this and am told that the problem is sorted when clearly it isn’t as the rubbish and dog poo bags are continually left!
