Speed reduction post missing

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5258061.

Where the road narrows on both sides, where there are speed bumps, one side of the paving doesn't have a speed restriction post , there's only just a post on one side of the road. This is on the brow of a hill so if you are approaching it from one direction, the narrowing of the road isn't visible. An accident occurred recently where both cars on either side of the road collided at that point in the road. This has happened before.
