Council Utility Bollards/equipment

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5232485.

Resident said works were carried out by Thames water on Elsa Rd corner of Avondale Rd TW have confirmed works are finished and its upto the council to remove the bollards etc. Resident said this work resulted in B15 bus diversion and this is still in place until the utility equipment gets removed etc. Works finished on Sunday 19th Nov
