Bin bag has been torn open by foxes

Early hours this morning foxes tore apart a black bin (don't know where it came from) and there is no a lot of rubbish strewn across the pavement. This is a hazard for wheelchair users and for the public in general as they could slip on it if it rains.

  • The report has been inspected by a member of the Highways Team. There will be no further action due to one of the following reasons:

    The issue will be fixed as part of our normal street cleaning programme.

    We could not find the street cleansing issue.
