Triple manhole cover just past the school is loose

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5230883.

Travelling from Blendon towards Blackfen, just past the school there is a triple manhole cover that is loose. This MUST be a mental health issue for the local residents as the vehicles, in particular the busses, make a terrible racket as the covers move. More of a concern is if one of the covers falls in.
