Large loose drain cover very noisy

The drain cover outside of my house (397 Blackfen Rd, DA15 9NJ) has been loose for months, and is very noisy as a result. Every time a car drives over it, it makes a very loud, inescapable clanking noise. My 11 year old son sleeps in the front bedroom and is struggling to sleep due to the sometimes constant noise. There isn't a room in the house that you can't hear the noise and it's driving us all mad.
