Resident Called back again she has just walked to the underpass and the whole area that was cleaned by bexley recently has more graffiti all over, she has seen the initials R A which stands for racist attack, and she is very concerned about this. she is not sure what the other signs mean but would really appreciate it if we could take a look and get this removed.
