Blocked drain in the centre of Belvedere Library car park which has a large flooded area which is getting bigger with the rain

  • Large pool of water from blocked drain NOT FIXED at Belvedere library car park. Quite deep. Special needs Children are picked up for school just before 9 am each morning from the car park and this pool of water is a danger to them. 3 times it's been reported and nothing done. The drain is blocked and needs clearing.
