The "council" have cut this hedge and left it

Reported via desktop in the Pavement category anonymously at 16:30, Friday 22 September 2023

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5022174.

Once again the council have cut the hedge (on a Friday around 4pm) and left it strewn across the pavement. The man was confronted and asked to clear it up or leave it alone as there are inch long thorns in the cuttings. Why cut hedges if you have no means of clearing them up (even sweeping it into a pile would have been something). The pathway is now inpassable. IT IS NOT ON.
